Our visionary founder, Kiran Bhai (as he was fondly known) laid the foundation stones for PCPL. With an everlasting smile, he sowed the seeds for the birth of the company and nurtured PCPL to modest growths. A man of high principles and impeccable integrity, Kiran Bhai hand-picked and trained the early gems to work with PCPL and drew the map for the company’s future progression.

A decision maker in the true sense, his decisions and wisdom make up the roots for PCPL. His humour and connect to people has even as of today, ensured a life long association of some of our employees, vendors and associates with PCPL.

His guidance, fortitude and resilience during the early testing times of PCPL continues to serve as a lesson for all in PCPL enabling our learnings and experiences as we continue to grow leaps and bounds.

Although he is missed by one and all, his memory and guiding spirit continues to propel PCPL in its journey through time.

A founding member of the Board since July 31, 2003, Pranav Kiran Ashar leads theCompany as Chairman and Managing Director. An architect with over 22 years ofexperience in the real estate sector, he has been instrumental in building theCompany’s integrated redevelopment platform. His strategic foresight, industryinsight, and entrepreneurial leadership continue to drive sustained growth andlong-term value creation.

Appointed to the Board on January 25, 2023, Ravi Ramalingam is a member of theICAI with over 17 years of experience in finance and accounting. He anchors the Company’s financial strategy, ensuring strong governance frameworks, prudentcapital management, and disciplined financial oversight.

On the Board since October 7, 2022, Ninad N Patkar also heads the Architectureand Planning Department of the Company. With over 18 years of experience as anarchitect, he combines design excellence with technical precision. His leadershipensures that every project reflects thoughtful planning, functional efficiency, andsuperior aesthetic standards.

Serving on the Board since October 7, 2022, Suneet J Desai leads the Constructi on Management Department of the Company. A civil engineer with over 26 years ofhands-on industry experience, he brings strong execution capabilities andoperational depth. His expertise ensures efficient project delivery, quality control,and adherence to timelines across redevelopment initiatives.

A member of the Board since April 14, 2021, Pritesh Patangia combines academicgrounding in Business Administration with over 19 years of diverse cross industryexperience in real estate, oil and gas, information technology, metals, manufacturing, agricultural commodity trading, food processing, and outsourcing.This breadth of exposure, together with his strong business acumen, strengthensthe Board’s strategic discussions and supports informed long-term decision making.

Serving on the Board since July 30, 2024, Sreedhar Muppala is a member of the ICAI and currently serves as a Central Council Member of the ICAI representingthe Southern Constituency. With over 15 years of professional consultancy experience, he brings contemporary financial expertise and regulatory insight tothe Board.

Appointed on July 30, 2024, Gautam Gulabchand Parekh is a member of the ICAIwith over 47 years of extensive experience in professional consultancy. His vastexperience strengthens the Company’s governance framework and providesseasoned independent oversight.

On the Board since July 30, 2024, Nihar Niranjan Jambusaria is a member of the ICAIand has previously served as its President and Vice President. He has also chairedthe Western India Regional Council and served on key committees includingCorporate Laws and Corporate Governance Committee of the ICAI. With over 42 yearsof professional consultancy experience, he offers exceptional governance insight andstrategic guidance.

Appointed on July 30, 2024, Nina Pradip Kapasi is a member of the ICAI and arecipient of the CA Women Independent Director Award conferred by theWomenand Young Members Excellence Committee of the ICAI. With over44 years of consultancy experience, she contributes independent strategicevaluation and governance discipline to the Board.

Appointed on July 30, 2024, Harish Gopinath Kale is a member of the ICAI with over18 years of experience in financial consultancy. His expertise in budgeting, costoptimization, financial monitoring, and taxation enhances the Company’s financial governance and strategic planning capabilities.

Dilkhush Motilal Malesha is the Chief Financial Officer of our Company. He is also a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. He has over 14 years of experience in finance and taxation. He has been associated with our Company since January 2, 2023.

Ritu Jain is the Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of our Company. She is an associate member of The Institute of Company Secretaries of India. She has over 14 years of experience in handling secretarial and legal compliance. She has been associated with our Company since February 11, 2019.

Akshay Prem Kripalani is the Chief Sales and Marketing Officer of our Company. He has been associated with our Company since August 1, 2019. He has over 21 years of experience in the field of sales and advertising in real estate sector.
