Our visionary founder, Kiran Bhai (as he was fondly known) laid the foundation stones for PCPL. With an everlasting smile, he sowed the seeds for the birth of the company and nurtured PCPL to modest growths. A man of high principles and impeccable integrity, Kiran Bhai hand-picked and trained the early gems to work with PCPL and drew the map for the company’s future progression.

A decision maker in the true sense, his decisions and wisdom make up the roots for PCPL. His humour and connect to people has even as of today, ensured a life long association of some of our employees, vendors and associates with PCPL.

His guidance, fortitude and resilience during the early testing times of PCPL continues to serve as a lesson for all in PCPL enabling our learnings and experiences as we continue to grow leaps and bounds.

Although he is missed by one and all, his memory and guiding spirit continues to propel PCPL in its journey through time.

An innovative architect by profession, avid environmentalist by passion and a smart technologist by obsession, Pranav spearheads PCPL’s foray into the niche segment of redeveloping homes with a humane touch. 

Pranav personally oversees the entire architectural and design team, ensuring that every project not only conforms to the rules and regulations, but also matches up to his high standards of excellence. 

A visionary with deep commitment to the company and each of its stakeholders, Pranav has led the phenomenal growth trajectory of PCPL. 

Encompassing the highest level of integrity and ethics, Pranav nurtures each and every employee and associate of the company with values and culture that will nourish PCPL timelessly. 

With a keen eye for detail and emphasis on processes & systems, Pranav Ashar is the force driving PCPL towards achieving its goal to become the single largest redeveloper of homes in India. 

A Qualified Chartered Accountant with superior analytical skills and decision making abilities, Ravi is responsible for the financial strategy and financial policies of PCPL. He oversees the macro financials of the entity as well as reviews the policies for each and every individual project of the entity . In addition to his financial strategies, Ravi’s innate business acumen and focus on processes and systems, is a key contributing factor for PCPL to be recognized as a trusted brand among home-buyers as well as business associates.

His guidance, experience, positive attitude and vision coupled with management expertise and minute attention to details, enables PCPL to achieve commendable growth as an industry leader in the service of redeveloping homes.
